Oikos Amazon Fresh Brand Store
Danone approached me to create an Amazon Brand Store for their top brands, focusing first on Oikos. The key challenge was designing a Fresh brand store where products often appeared as “Currently Unavailable” due to inventory limitations. My goal was to create a seamless shopping experience that maintained customer interest despite this issue.
To solve this, I designed the store with direct links to their respective product detail pages, ensuring that customers could still interact with the product listings. Each section included clear call-to-action buttons, guiding users toward learning more about the product and making it easier to purchase when available. By streamlining the path to purchase, I minimized the steps between product discovery and conversion, enhancing the likelihood of a sale.
Using Oikos’ branding guidelines, I crafted an engaging store layout that promoted the brand’s benefits, such as plant-based nutrition and sustainability, to appeal to health-conscious and eco-friendly consumers. This not only reinforced Oikos’ brand identity but also maintained customer interest. The result was a visually appealing and functional store that balanced branding with effective marketing strategies, driving customer engagement and potential sales.
