Dr. Scholl’s Brand Store Assessment

Dr. Scholl’s tasked my team with creating a quiz for Amazon that would help customers find the best fit for their Custom Fit Orthotics inserts. The goal was to guide customers to the right product while collecting data on the most-purchased inserts, which would help Dr. Scholl’s optimize their media spending and promotions.

Leveraging my project management skills and deep knowledge of Amazon’s Brand Store structure, I created wireframes and designed a 268-page quiz that was user-friendly, informative, and fully aligned with the brand’s objectives. The quiz was designed to seamlessly integrate with Amazon’s platform, ensuring a smooth customer experience while gathering valuable insights on product preferences.
